Cuppa Cabana Coffee House

The owners wanted to open a coffee house on San Pablo in a new building owned by the City of Emeryville. We were brought in as a Design\Build team to completely outfit this bare space. We subsequently found out the building had not be properly prepared with water and sewer drains for a restaurant.

The space was bare concrete and open walls with no sheetrock, plumbing or electrical.
			We had to cut the concrete and put plumbing where needed for the new fixtures.
Bold use of color.		Tile used to accent serving areas.
Well lit seating areas.		Exposed duct work gives commercial look to space.
